Return Period: Customers can apply for return within 30 calendar days upon receiving your items. Products exceeding the 30-day window cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Requirements: Return items must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging intact, no artificial damage. Damaged by customer, customized goods are non-refundable.

Return Freight: Buyer bears return shipping cost unless items are wrong shipped or damaged during delivery caused by our fault.
